Our experience includes management of the design and implementation of the Automated People Mover (APM) system between Terminal 2 and SkyPier at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). In addition, our experience also includes the project coordination and management of the replacement of the signalling system on the original HKIA system in Terminal 1 and the extension of the lines to the new Midfield Concourse.
We have a hands-on approach and undertake detailed liaison with all stakeholders to understand the technical scope, constraints and interfacing. We develop detailed schedules and rigorous control and monitoring to ensure project outcomes meet the desired goals.
